At Granth Infotech Store, we strive to provide high-quality WordPress themes and plugins. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All products sold on Granth Infotech Store are instant digital downloads. Once a product is purchased and the download link is provided, we cannot offer a full refund, because digital files cannot be “returned” like physical products.

This includes:

  • Other digital resources

2. Refund Exceptions

We may consider a refund only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • The product is completely non-functional and cannot be used.

  • The issue cannot be resolved by our support team after reasonable effort.

  • A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

This ensures you can still use the product without requesting a refund.

5. Support Does Not Guarantee Refund

Our support team is always available to help with installation, customization, or troubleshooting.
However, support issues do not automatically qualify for a refund. Refunds are only issued under the limited circumstances described above.
